Stacy E. Holland is a member of the Board of Directors of Fuselier Holdings 1, Inc. She is President of Negotiations. Ms. Holland possesses more than 10 years of financial management experience. Ms. Holland has a strong background in all aspects of accounting, implementation of several large-scale accounting programs, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions and overseeing billing for government and commercial jobs. She has been President of Negotiations since October 2002.
Before joining Fuselier Holdings 1, Ms. Holland had been with Stratesec Incorporated, from July 2001 until April 2002, serving as its Controller. Previously, Ms. Holland was a Job Cost Manager at Versar Incorporated, a government contractor.
From 1995 until 1998, Ms. Holland was an Assistant Controller at The Lewin Group, a healthcare consulting firm. She also served as a Senior Accountant for Barents Group, Dyncorp and VSE Corporation. Ms. Holland received her BS from Marymount University in May 1994.
